Why isn't my Pset 0 being graded?

After submitting project set 0  and trying to check grades it says ":(project exists and is valid Scratch program" but then says can't check until frown turns upside down and there is no grade. I have tried to resubmit with no success.

Did you answer the questions that are not part of Scratch and submitted them alongside your scratch project?

Where do I find extra questions? I submitted the form as described in the second and final step of pset 0. Is 5his what you are referring to?

Yes, the form is what I was referring to :)
Can you take a screenshot of your submission with the frowny face so that I can see what the issue is specifically about (be sure capture everything that is within the cs50's answer to your submission).
Don't worry, you can resubmit as many times as possible. The latest submit is the one that matters.
I am UTC+2 so I may not answer before several hours, so don't worry if you don't see me answer right away

It would appear that I can't attach pictures.

Do you have any further comment that may help me out? I have submitted my scratch project set 0 3 times now with the same result. I am sure I am competing the project and submitting as per project set instruction....

You can't attach a picture here, but you can use https://imgur.com/upload to do so :)
Without getting a look at what your issue is, it's gonna be hard to help you, sorry ^^;
